Fixed Costs

Though Cubed receives most visit costs from external APIs, there will be times that you need to add in manual costs (agency fees, product fees, tools fees etc.). Cubed will then distribute costs across any visits to which they apply.

If your fixed costs vary from day to day, month to month, the Fixed Costs CSV Uploader will be the best option to upload fixed costs.

To upload fixed costs in a CSV format, please navigate to the Fixed Cost (Upload Fixed Costs CSV) Section under Account Configuration.

Fix Costs CSV Columns	Description
cost	The cost should be numerical, excluding currency symbols.
cost_description	A description for the fixed cost i.e. SEO Agency Fees.
currency	The ISO code of the currency i.e. GBP.
start_date	The start date for the cost. Please assure dates are set in format YYYY-MM-DD, for example 2022-03-01.
end_date	The end date for the cost. Please assure dates are set in format YYYY-MM-DD, for example 2022-03-01. If you are uploading daily costs, the start_date will be the same as the end_date.
